Prices, Terms and conditions

Prices

-Short-term rentals (up to 4 days) from € 80 to € 115 per day depending on the season and number of guests.

 -Weekly rentals from 470 € to 680 €, all inclusive, depending on the season and number of guests;

-Monthly rentals to be agreed depending on season and length.

Damage deposit € 200 for weekly and montly rentals.

30% deposit is required at the time of booking (either by bank draft or PayPal - NO CHEQUE) and the balance due two weeks before arrival by bank draft or PayPal  or in cash at the time of your arrival at apartment "MINO" (there are no credit card services)
